🚨 Cancellation Policy 🚨

Your appointments are very important to us at Eleasha Louise Beauty. Each appointment is reserved especially for you and we understand that sometimes schedule changes are necessary; but we kindly and respectfully ask that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.
We politely ask you to understand that if you cancel or forget your allocated appointment, without giving us plenty of notice, it doesn’t leave us with an opportunity to offer this to other clients that wish to receive a treatment from us. If you are not sure of your appointment time or date then please feel free to contact the salon at any time where we will be happy to assist.

🟪 Cancellation fees 🟪

Eleasha Louise Beauty reserve the right to apply a cancellation fee to anyone who fails to meet the 48 hours notice requirement.

➖ Less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% charge of the treatments cost for your scheduled appointment.

➖ ‘No shows’ will be charged 100% of the treatment cost, and no further appointments will be scheduled until this has been given.

➖ Appointments that have been made in the 24hr period will require a 4 hour notice period, otherwise a 50% charge will apply.

This policy aids us to gain clients who are on stand by availability, but also, helps to keep the teams schedules filled. Eleasha Louise Beauty try’s to fulfill excellent service to you all and these policies help us to do this as efficiently as possible.

Today marks 10 years since I took the biggest leap of my life and opened my beauty salon at just 24 years old.

Looking back now, I can’t quite believe how far this journey has taken me. I completely renovated my very first salon, pouring my heart and soul into creating a space I was proud to call my own.

Five years later, we expanded even further into our second salon, which is now home to an incredible team of 8 amazing staff members. Watching the business grow beyond what I ever imagined has been one of my proudest achievements.

Over the past decade, I’ve continued to invest in myself by completing multiple training courses and advancing my skills, ensuring I can always offer the very best to my clients. Along the way, I was also incredibly honoured to receive the Tamworth Business Award for Best Beauty Salon—a moment I’ll never forget.

None of this would have been possible without my wonderful clients. Thank you for trusting me, supporting my business, recommending me to others, and being part of this journey. Many of you have been with me from the very beginning, and I’m so grateful for every single one of you.

To my incredible team—thank you for your hard work, passion, and dedication. You’ve helped make the salon what it is today, and I’m so lucky to work alongside you every day.

Ten years has brought challenges, lessons, laughter, growth, and memories that I’ll treasure forever. Here’s to everything we’ve achieved together—and to the next chapter.
