And just like that, it’s been 1 whole year in the salon🥲🤍

A little emotional one from me as we all know I love to celebrate the little things, and I cannot believe a year ago today was the first time the salon was up and running.

Will forever be grateful to everyone who makes Nailsbyliv the success that it is, and to say I am proud of the mini business I now have is an understatement. 🤎

I say it every time, but it really does show that if you put your mind to something and want it enough, you can make it happen.

Here’s to running the show for the next year, and all the exciting things that are to come. Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart to those of you that keep me busy, I wouldn’t be here without you!!

Something a little different 🧑🏼‍🎨🎨

2025 is for me to get better at posting I promise.

A little proud moment for me as Nailsbyliv has officially been shortlisted for the HBA 2025 awards🤍

A few months back I thought I would take a shot at submitting my application for Best Home Salon of the year, not thinking in a million years we would be shortlisted as a 2025 finalist, but alas here we are.

The past 2 and a bit years of being a Nail Tech have flown by, and it’s crazy to look back at all the different places this mini business has taken me. Not only do I have my very own space, I also get to fill it with wonderful people who are not only clients, but people I now call friends.

The goal I always set out to achieve when I created Nailsbyliv was never just about painting nails and making an income. I wanted to put my time and effort into making an environment that didn’t feel like I was going to work, but also provide other people with a means to make themselves feel good too. By far the best part of my job is the people I see week in week out, whether we are laughing until we cry, crying until we laugh or catching up on the weeks that have passed, it shows I have truly succeeded in creating a place that is so so special to me.

Although it is cliche, I want to thank everyone that I’ve taken on over the past couple of years, both old and new, as this wouldn’t be half of what it is without the continued support from you all.

No matter how big or small this mini milestone may be, it is a reminder to go after those small ideas, as you never know where you might end up ❤️

Here’s to continuing on as Nailsbyliv, and seeing what the future holds 🫶🏼
