When I created this page I wanted it to be mainly about essential oils little did I know that 12 months later I'll be in this situation.

I've had probably two of the most toughest months of my life. I've gotten an amazing promotion and moved and settled where I wanted to live my whole life but as per usual life has different plans for us.

Some thing's happen is our lives unexpectedly and just with a click of finger everything you've worked for and worked on is gone.

So I've started to do a little (a big) research on self healing and what does it actually mean.

Because what it means to you it may not mean to me.

I've done some serious soul searching in the past and discovered this independent and amazingly passionate person who I promised to myself I will never let go of!

So I have decided to give my page different direction and different mood if you like to help people do build the confidence to do some soul searching and self healing!

I've done it before and I'll do it again and rebuild myself! Let me help you on your self healing journey 😊

Last weekend was the absolute best I went to doTerra Europe convention and my goodness I loved every second of it.

Honey and lavender are my most favourite two flavours in the whole wide world and I put lavender into everything.

So I did this little experiment and it came out absolutely amazing the fragrance and the taste are just amazing. Here is the absolute amazing result my lavender and honey cake.

The DoTerra lavender essential oil just added amazing aroma, the taste is just wonderful.

Now a days we put so much care towards our gut. Thinking about the foods we eat. Thinking about the nutrition more so, prebaotic, probiotics and all the great gut bacteria.

As a part of doTerra freebies this month I had the fennel essential oil.

Now for me if I was to include all 7 of these aspects I would leave out 4 out of these 7. I am not a big fan of some of these tastes together but combine they are so soothing so the softgels were the only way forward for me.

With the Zen-gest roll on that is the best thing you can have if you feel nauseous for what ever reason. I found that it helps me with feeling car sick. I just rub it on my tummy and my neck and it's quite a fast relief. This one can be used with children too.

Just remember to do a patch test on your child before use on the bottom of the foot, wait 24 hours, if there is no reaction than you are ready to go.

I haven't posted in a while being at work the first 2 weeks were absolutely mad but slowly we're are going back to our normal routines.
