As a self employed single working mum, I work incredibly hard to provide for my family and keep my business running.
When someone doesn’t turn up for their appointment and avoids all contact, it has a huge impact. Today, I lost the opportunity to offer a 4 hour appointment to someone else because that time had been reserved.
I completely understand that life happens. I’m always happy to rearrange or cancel appointments with notice. But not turning up and not letting me know is unfair, disrespectful, and has a real financial impact on my business and my children.
Please, if you can’t make your appointment, just send me a quick message. It only takes a moment, and it allows me to offer your appointment to someone else who may be waiting.
