Well I know I don’t post very often but this definitely deserves a mention!
Emily did the most amazing job today on her lovely client Bella ! There was so much involved in this transformation and I think it’s just so talented. So much time and effort to create this colourful, unique masterpiece! Emily you are wonderful and you bring so much to Mojos with these eccentric transformations.
She was so excited and enjoyed every minute of it ( and there were plenty of minutes to enjoy) 🤪

I know many of you will think January is quiet but I’m fully booked except for a couple of appointments. Please make sure you book your appointments in advance to avoid disappointment. I will start another cancellation list.

Wahoooo it’s Christmas and the Mojos team survived the busy spell ( just about 🙈)
Just wanted to thank the team for making it such a fun place to work and of course to all our lovely clients who make each day a pleasure.
We all wish you a very merry Xmas and thankyou for the cards, bottles ( especially to Lisa for the one I thankfully took from her hands and dropped infront of her 😩 which she then replaced kindly) for the baked goods and little gifts u have given us.
Jo won’t be back til 2nd Jan and Is going away ( yes again😂) so may not respond to messages until shes back.
Thanks to the lovely team and clients, I just love my job but I’ll be glad of a few days break ❤️

Aww after 11 years at Mojos, Emma has decided to move on to another chapter.
There’s been lots of memories made and Emma Clasby u will be missed.
Amazing how 11 years fly by with life’s ups and downs and u see each other grow through it all. Go spread ur wings em and smash it 😍

Can we just remind all clients that there will be a 100% charge on missed appointments.
I alone have had 4 cancellations/no shows this week and have lost time and a lot money.
Not only does this affect our business but it has a knock on effect. I have paid for after school club, ( which wasn’t needed) arranged for our assistant to come In to help ( she was then not needed, so had to let her down last minute) and turned people away desperate for a hair appointment.
I have no availability left until Jan so these appointments are precious.
My new policy ( and I speak for myself) I will be charging 100% cancellation/missed appointment fee and will not rearrange another appointment until it’s paid.
I will text all clients the day before the appointment as a reminder.

I am fully booked for the whole of December and these are the only appointments I have free til then
Tuesday 11th Nov 1215 or 2pm ( cut and colour)or 1215,2pm or 245 330 (cut only)
Wed 12th Nov 11.15 cut only
Thursday 13th Nov 1230 cut only
Thursday 18 Dec 330 ( cut only)
Please message me if you would like any of these appointments.
I have also started a cancellation list so please message if u would like to be put on it, and state what it is that u want doing .
Can you all check ur existing appointments too as rearranging will be tricky and I’ll need to put you on the cancellation list.
Any cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 100% charge.
