**Cancellation Policy**

I understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure a smooth process for myself and my clients I have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to fill the appointment slot and accommodate other clients.

2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.

3. No-Show. If you do not show up for your appointment and do not provide any prior notice, you will be charged the full amount of the service and will have to pay a deposit to secure your next appointment.

4. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance.

5. Emergency Situations. I understand that emergencies happen. If you have a genuine emergency, please contact me directly, and i will do my best to accommodate your situation.
