I joined The Crescent Clinic in 2014 after qualifying as a Massage Therapist the previous year. I completed my ISRM Level 5 Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy in 2022 and am a proud member of the Sports Therapy Association, as well as an STA Champion.

I treat clients aged from 9 to 91 and work with a wide range of people, from those new to movement and sport, to office workers, runners, and Team GB athletes. I’m passionate about showing that Soft Tissue Therapy is for everybody!

I offer Soft Tissue Therapy, Sports Massage Therapy, Reflexology, Lava Shell Massage, and Oncology Scar Therapy. I pride myself on providing fully bespoke treatments, drawing on my knowledge of different modalities, years of clinical experience, and an evidence-based approach to deliver the very best care for every individual.

I’m committed to ongoing professional development and regularly attend online and in person conferences and events to keep my evidence based practice up to date.

Had to jump on the caricature trend...not sure it quite looks like me but it does definitely portray how happy I am in my job! Genuinely love the work I do and all my wonderful clients!

In honour of World Cancer Day I want to celebrate this client. Her story really moved me. This client is strong in every sense of the word. To aid in her recovery she had some Oncology Scar Therapy with me. We started slowly as sensitivity was on the high side and she struggled being able to accept touch.
After 5 treatments mobility was much improved, sensitivity had decreased, and the scar was more mobile.

My last appointments of 2025!

Today marks 11 years at . My journey began there on Monday 24th November 2014. I am so grateful to be working in a job that I still genuinely love and I am so lucky to work with such an amazing team of therapists.

Excited to share that I am now fully qualified and an Oncology Scar Therapist. I am absolutely blown away by the results we are getting.
