My first baby started school this week and I was crying before he’d even got his uniform on! 😭🤍

I honestly don’t know where the years have gone. How is my little boy starting school already?! It’s such a big milestone, but such a lovely one to watch him step into. 🤍

Anyway, I’m slowly settling into a new school-run routine and will be adding Mondays at Sorella to my usual availability.

Going forward, my treatment days will be:

🤍 Thursdays
🤍 Fridays
🤍 Last Saturday of each month

More availability means more opportunities for you to step away from the busyness of everyday life, slow down and make some time for yourself.

That smell after the rain… 🌧️🌿

Petrichor — the earthy, woody scent that rises when rain meets dry ground.

Inspired by that feeling, I’ve created my own little interpretation using essential oils - grounding woods, rich earthy notes, fresh greenery and a touch of sweet orange.

Then, almost every time, comes a little cough to disguise it.

I promise I’m not laughing. To me, it’s become a little milestone.

It means you’ve relaxed enough to let your body drift somewhere else. Your shoulders have softened, your breathing has slowed.

Somewhere beyond the demands of the day, where your mind no longer feels the need to stay alert.

Your limbs feel heavy against the couch. Time fades. Judgement disappears. Your nervous system feels safe enough to rest.

And if that comes with a little snore…

I’d call that a successful treatment.

Until, inevitably, the gentle chimes bring you back to the room.
