For this transformation, we kept things subtle and effortless with a half head of carefully placed highlights and soft copper lowlights, creating a gorgeous blend of lighter pieces and warm, rich tones throughout the hair.

The goal was to keep the overall result natural, soft and lived-in, rather than overly bright or heavily coloured. The copper lowlights add just the right amount of warmth & enhance the natural copper colour and depth, while the highlights create brightness and movement without taking away from the natural feel.

The perfect low-maintenance colour for a seamless grow-out, soft regrowth and a beautifully blended finish. Done by Emily yesterday 🧡

11 years of Shorties Hair Design with my partner in crime, Linda aka Mother 😂❤️

What a journey it’s been! There’s been stress, tears, plenty of laughs and so many amazing memories. We’ve been through 3 lockdowns, celebrated some very special moments, and built a business full of wonderful people.
We’ve been lucky enough to have the most amazing clients, although we’ve sadly lost a few along the way. They will always be remembered and missed by the whole Shorties family ❤️

Over these 11 years, Emily got married to her biggest supporter, and together they’ve had two beautiful girls who have adopted so many nannies and grandmas along the way 🥰❤️

These 11 years wouldn’t have happened without all of you — our clients, family, friends, Charley, Eve and everyone who has supported Shorties through the highs, lows, lockdowns, tears and laughter.
