✨ A little update from me… ✨

Over the summer, I’ve been busy studying, training and working towards becoming qualified in pitch-side first aid — and I’m so pleased to finally be putting all that hard work into practice!

Since the beginning of the month, I’ve been working alongside the rugby club, supporting the players and providing pitch-side first aid when needed. It’s been such a fantastic experience so far, and I’m really enjoying being part of the team, gaining valuable experience and continuing to develop my skills.

Hopefully, I’ll be able to continue with the club for the rest of the season — which means plenty more rugby, plenty more learning and, hopefully, not too many injuries! 🤞🏼

Who knew all that summer studying would lead to me standing pitch-side with a first aid bag, watching rugby and loving every minute of it?! 🏉

Hi everyone! I thought it was about time I introduced myself and shared a little bit about the person behind the business. 🤍

I’ve always had a real love for sport, the outdoors and keeping active. You’ll usually find me outside, whether that’s enjoying the countryside, getting out for some sport by the sea, or simply spending time with animals. I’m definitely happiest when I’m surrounded by nature!

I’ve always had a genuine passion for helping people, and that’s a big part of why I love what I do. Being able to help people feel better, move more comfortably and support them in doing the things they love is incredibly rewarding.

Whether you’re an athlete, someone who enjoys keeping active, or simply looking after your body and wellbeing, I’m here to help you feel your best.💪
