Mid Range Russian - exclusive brands available to qualified technicians only. Lasting 12 months +

Luxury & Premium Russian - minimum monthly spend brands available to platinum level, fully qualified and insured hair extension specialists only. These last 12-36 months and look and feel… like silk 😘

When you start defending your prices and trying to convince others of your value, you’re essentially catering to those who have already devalued you. If someone can’t see the expertise, artistry, and luxury you offer, it’s a sign they may never appreciate it. Not everyone, understands or values luxury or expertise and that’s ok!! 🙌🏼

You shouldn’t have to prove your worth to anyone. Your talent and the quality of your work speak for themselves. If clients view you merely as a service provider and fail to recognize the skill and passion behind what you do, it’s time to reevaluate those relationships.

For me, my prices reflect my expertise and the premium experience I provide. They haven’t changed in three years because I know my value and the quality I bring to the table. I’m not everyone’s cup of tea—and that’s perfectly okay! I choose not to work with those who don’t appreciate what I offer.

Running a beauty business means balancing quality and profitability. While I consider my pricing fair and reasonable, I also ensure it matches the high-end service and luxury environment I provide. If someone doesn’t see that value, they’re free to seek out cheaper options, but they’ll miss out on the exceptional experience that only I can deliver.

Remember, you will only ever be devalued by people who devalue themselves - but your worth is not up for debate. Stand firm in your value and don’t settle for less than what you deserve. Not everyone can afford you and that’s ok 👌🏼 ✨💖

I do not work on Sundays and whilst I don’t mind out of hours messages from regular & established clients (who I will get back to in my own time) I have no obligation to reply to complete strangers. None 🤷🏼‍♀️

Messaging and calling incessantly will not get you an appointment any quicker or added on to my waiting list. You will in fact be blocked for failing to respect my right to respond when I choose to.

I am generally inundated with messages, so it takes me a while to respond and most people completely respect that and wait patiently until I can get back to them. Obviously if it’s been a good few days and I seem like I have forgotten you then I appreciate a nudge but I am not sure what would make a complete stranger think it is ok to flood me with calls and messages on a Sunday, a day that most people in the hair/beauty industry do not work 🤯

Please either behave reasonably or try someone who has less respect for themselves or zero professional boundaries. ✌🏼
