As a small business, short-notice cancellations are really difficult to fill, so to keep things fair for everyone:

⏰ More than 24 hours’ notice – No charge
⚡ Less than 24 hours’ notice – 50% of appointment fee
🚫 Same-day cancellations / no-shows – Full appointment fee

I completely understand that emergencies happen, and I’ll always try to be understanding if something unexpected comes up.
