What is Celora Vita?
One of the questions I’ve already been asked is…
“Is it Botox?”
❌ No.
“Is it a dermal filler?”
❌ No.
Celora Vita is a regenerative skin treatment.
Instead of changing the way your face looks, it works with your skin to improve its overall health from within.
By combining amino acids with hyaluronic acid, it helps support your skin’s natural collagen production, improve hydration and enhance skin quality over time.
The goal isn’t to make you look different…
✨ It’s to help your skin become healthier.
✨ More hydrated.
✨ More radiant.
✨ More resilient.
✨ Naturally refreshed.
If you’ve been curious about injectable treatments but don’t want to look frozen or overfilled, this could be exactly what you’ve been waiting for.
💙 Suitable for the full face and neck.
📩 I still have just TWO model places remaining before this treatment officially launches. If you’d like more information or think you’d be a suitable candidate, send me a DM saying “MODEL”.
💬 Have a question about Celora Vita? Pop it in the comments or send me a DM. I’d love to answer it!

5 Signs Your Body May Benefit from Manual Lymphatic Drainage After Surgery
Recovery doesn't stop when you leave the operating theatre.
In the days and weeks after surgery, your body is working hard to heal. While some swelling and discomfort are completely normal, there are certain signs that may indicate your lymphatic system needs a little extra support.
In this post I cover five common signs to look out for:
✨ Persistent swelling
✨ Hardness or fibrosis under the skin
✨ Tightness or a feeling of heaviness
✨ Uneven swelling or healing
✨ Recovery that seems to have stalled
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, evidence-based treatment designed to support your body's natural healing process by encouraging the movement of excess fluid and helping reduce post-operative swelling.
Every recovery is different, so the right time to begin treatment should always be guided by your surgeon's advice and your individual procedure.
If you're unsure whether what you're’re experiencing is normal, feel free to send me a message. I'm always happy to point you in the right direction.
💙 Save this post for your recovery journey and share it with someone preparing for surgery.

5 Things Social Media Gets Wrong About Lymphatic Drainage
There's a huge amount of misinformation about Manual Lymphatic Drainage online.
If you've ever been told that:
• harder pressure works better...
• bruising means the treatment is effective...
• one session is all you need...
• lymphatic drainage melts fat...
• or your lymph nodes need "activating"...
..it's worth looking a little deeper.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle, evidence-based technique designed to support the movement of lymphatic fluid through the body's existing pathways. It isn't about pain, bruising or aggressive massage.
✨ The truth is:
✔️ Gentle pressure is more effective than deep pressure.
✔️ Bruising is never the goal.
✔️ Results are usually achieved through consistency, not one treatment.
✔️ MLD helps manage fluid and swelling—it doesn't dissolve fat.
✔️ Your lymphatic system already knows what to do. A trained therapist simply works with your body's natural physiology.
Whether you're recovering from surgery, living with swelling, or simply want to understand how the lymphatic system really works, education matters just as much as treatment.

This lovely client developed two seromas following surgery – one to her flank and one at the lower back.
As soon as I identified them, we documented everything with photos and videos and contacted her surgeon immediately. Throughout the following two weeks we remained in regular contact, sending updates so the surgeon could monitor her progress.
The surgeon’s preferred option was aspiration (drainage), which is considered the standard treatment for larger or persistent seromas. Unfortunately, my client was only around two weeks post-op, was unable to drive to the clinic the surgeon had suggested, and aspiration wasn’t readily accessible locally.
With the surgeon kept fully informed, we took a conservative approach by using targeted compression and lipo foam pads to encourage the body to naturally reabsorb the fluid. I explained to my client that I could never guarantee this would work, but it was a reasonable option given her circumstances.
Over the course of two weeks, both seromas resolved without the need for aspiration. 🙌
This is an important reminder that every recovery is individual. While aspiration is often the preferred treatment, there are occasions where conservative management may be appropriate under the guidance of the surgical team.
As a post-operative lymphatic drainage practitioner, my role is to monitor recovery, recognise potential concerns early, communicate with your surgeon, and support your healing within my professional scope of practice.
If something doesn’t look or feel right after surgery, don’t ignore it. Early recognition and good communication with your surgeon can make all the difference. 💙
Please remember: this is one client’s experience and is not intended as medical advice. Anyone who suspects they have a seroma should always contact their surgeon for assessment and follow their recommendations.

Your body runs on two major transport systems — and they work together, not against each other.
🩸 The vascular system delivers what your body needs.
It carries oxygen, nutrients, hormones and immune cells through the bloodstream to keep tissues supplied and functioning.
💧 The lymphatic system helps maintain balance.
It collects excess fluid, proteins, cellular debris and inflammatory by-products from the tissues and returns them back into circulation to be filtered and processed by the body.
Here’s an important distinction 👇
The lymphatic system does not “detox” your body.
That’s the job of your liver, kidneys, lungs and bowel.
And it doesn’t “switch off” or need “activating” either.
Your lymphatic system is working 24/7 through its own vessel contractions, movement, breathing and pressure changes in the body.
What we can do is support lymphatic flow.
This is where Manual Lymphatic Drainage can help — encouraging fluid movement, reducing swelling, supporting recovery and helping the body manage fluid more efficiently.
Support the system.
Don’t fall for the myths.
Save this for later 🤍

Progress like this doesn’t come from one treatment… it comes from consistency 👇
This client is 5 weeks post-op after extensive liposuction (6.5L removed) and a Bum lift.
At the start, the tissue was extremely tight — you couldn’t even pinch the skin.
Now we’re seeing:
• softer tissue
• improved contour
• better fluid movement
• reduced heaviness through the lower abdomen
And we’re not done yet…
She’ll likely need another 5–6 weeks of care to fully support healing, reduce fibrosis, and guide the lymphatic system properly.
This is exactly why post-op care isn’t just “a massage” — it’s ongoing support for your body while it heals.
If you’re preparing for surgery or currently post-op, this stage is where the real work happens 🤍
