I wanted to let all my lovely clients know that I’ll be moving salons to Sam West Hair Studio working independently alongside Sam & Laura 💇‍♀️

Due to some unexpected pipe work at my current salon, I’ll be moving my appointments over to the new salon
so there’s no disruption to your services.
All appointments are the same time & date just different location 💇🏼‍♀️

Unfortunately I’m having to put in place a cancellation policy & booking fee
Life happens I totally get that!
However - in the last few weeks I’ve had an overwhelming amount of last minute cancellations
This has an negative impact on my business & I’m not able to fill appointments at such short
notice.
I truly value each & everyone of my clients but in order to improve customer satisfaction, and to ensure my business stays in business,
I’m having to put into place this cancellation policy
