Appointments Are To Be Made Via My page, Instagram Page, Text Or Phone Call 07384-424434 Or My Personal Facebook. Appointment Cancellations & Rearrangements
I Fully Understand That Sometimes Appointments Will Have To Be Cancelled Or Rearranged, BUT… I Do Ask That You Give Me At Least 48 Hours Notice, This Way I Have The Opportunity To Offer Your Appointment To Some One Else.. Failing To Give Me 48 Hours Notice Your Booking Fee Will Be Lost. If A Cancellation Is Made Before The 48 Hour Period The Booking Fee Can Be Moved To Another Appointment Or Refunded If I Need To Cancel Or Rearrange Within Less Than 48 Hours Notice I Will Always Offer To Rearrange Or Refund Your Booking Fee.. If You Are Feeling Unwell, Have A High Temperature Or A Cold, Any Bacterial Illness Like Flu Or Tummy Bug, Then Please ALWAYS Contact Me To Rearrange. I Myself As A Parent Completely Understand How Hard It Is To Make Appointments Around Children. If You Are Struggling For Child Care For Your Appointment Please Discuss With Myself. Always Let Me Know If You Need To Bring A Child With You. Especially If Your Child Is A Baby, Children Attending May Lead To Stop Start Of The Appointment, Which Could Effect Timing And The Quality Of Your Service, I Cannot Run Over My Appointment Times. This Being Said, Children Must Remain Seated During Your Appointment & Anything That Is Damaged Will Be Charged To Yourself And Paid For Before Leaving The Salon. Repairs
I Offer Free Repairs With In A 24 Hour Period. After This Is An Additional Cost Of £3.00 Per Nail. Please Note As A Trained Nail Technician I Can Tell If You Have Picked, Bitten, Or tried Lifting The Application. I Will Ask For Supporting Evidence Of The Repair In Question. (Photos)

Complaints Or Faults
Any Complaints Or Faults Are To Be Discussed With Me Privately Via Private Message Or Email. All Complaints Must Be Submitted In Message Form. I Will Ask For Supporting Evidence To Determined The Fault To Allow Me To Move Forward On Any Fixings Required. If You Choose To Go To Another Salon To Fix Any Faults With Out Giving Me The Opportunity To Fix First, All Complaints Will Then Be Void As The Nails Will Have Been Altered From My Initial Work. All Payments Are To Be Made In Full At The End Of Your Service BEFORE Leaving The Salon. Payments Are Via Cash Or Bank Transfer. At Present I Do Not Offer Card Payments. No Haggling On Prices.!
