Before a needle ever touches the skin, there’s one stage I simply will not rush — the pre-draw.

As a Lip Blush Specialist, creating a beautifully balanced shape is just as important to me as choosing the perfect pigment or perfecting my shading technique.

Your natural lips are unique — and very few lips are perfectly symmetrical. The pre-draw allows me to carefully assess, refine and balance the shape whilst respecting the natural lip tissue and borders.

I will never begin outlining or shading until both you AND I are completely happy with the shape. 👌🏼

This is precision work. No guessing. No rushing. Just careful planning before the treatment begins.

I’m Jules, a Permanent Makeup Artist based right here in Wellington, Shropshire, specialising in beautifully natural-looking permanent makeup. 🤎

I work from my private, calm PMU studio at home in Wellington, with easy parking right on the drive — so appointments are completely relaxed and one-to-one.

One of the things I hear most often from ladies considering permanent makeup is…

I’m very much a natural PMU artist. My aim isn’t to change your face or give you brows that enter the room before you do 😂 — it’s to enhance what you already have and create something soft, flattering and appropriate for you.
