✨ 6 Weeks Later… ✨

Today marks 6 weeks since John and I decided it was time to focus on ourselves and begin our own glow-up journey 🖤

It wasn’t about chasing perfection or looking a certain way.

It was about feeling better.

Over the last 6 weeks we’ve made changes to our lifestyle, our eating habits and our daily routines. There have been good days, challenging days and plenty of moments where we’ve had to remind ourselves why we started.

But one thing we’ve both noticed is that this journey has been about so much more than physical changes.

✨ More energy
✨ Better habits
✨ Improved mindset
✨ Greater confidence
✨ Feeling healthier and stronger

The biggest lesson we’ve learned?

Small, consistent changes really do add up.

We’re not finished yet, but we’re proud of how far we’ve come in just 6 weeks, and excited to see what the next chapter brings 💛

☀️ This week’s clinic has looked a little different…

With the extreme temperatures this week, I’ve made the decision to postpone appointments to ensure both my clients and I remain safe, comfortable and able to enjoy treatments as they should be.

As much as I love my little clinic, wellness has always come first.

Over the last few months, I’ve noticed more and more clients coming through my door not wanting to “look different”, but wanting to feel different.

✨ Less stressed.
✨ More relaxed.
✨ More confident.
✨ More like themselves again.

And for me, that’s what Envy has become all about.

Sometimes looking after ourselves means slowing down, listening to our bodies and knowing when to pause.

So whilst clinic has been a little quieter this week, I’ve been using the time to focus on my own wellbeing, continue our glow-up journey and prepare for the exciting months ahead 🖤

I hope everyone is keeping cool and looking after themselves in this heat ☀️

✨ It’s been a little quiet around here lately… ✨

Life has been busy.

There have been milestones celebrated, long days at work, busy evenings in clinic and we’re now 4 weeks into our own wellness and glow-up journey, which has taken a lot of my focus lately 🖤

But something interesting has happened.

Over the last few months, I’ve noticed a shift in my clinic.

Less people are coming to me saying:

“I want to look different.”

And more people are saying:

✨ “I want to feel like myself again.”
✨ “I want to switch off.”
✨ “I want to feel more confident.”
✨ “I want to take some time for me.”

The funny thing is… that’s much harder to photograph.

I can take before and after pictures of skin treatments.

I can show treatment rooms, products and results.

But it’s much harder to photograph someone leaving feeling lighter, calmer, more confident and more like themselves again.

And honestly?

That’s become my favourite part of what I do 🫶

Here’s to the next few weeks of wellness, growth and helping people feel their best, inside and out ✨

A few weeks ago, John and I decided it was time to focus on ourselves.

Not because we wanted a quick fix, but because we wanted to feel healthier, happier and more confident.

So we set ourselves a 6-week challenge 🖤

So far we’ve been:
✨ Exercising regularly
✨ Eating more whole foods
✨ Increasing our water intake
✨ Cutting back on the things that weren’t serving us
✨ Focusing on consistency rather than perfection

Our goal wasn’t just about weight loss.

It was about:
🖤 More energy
🖤 Better habits
🖤 Feeling stronger
🖤 Improved confidence
🖤 Looking after ourselves properly

We’re not at the finish line yet, but we’re already noticing positive changes and I’m excited to see where the next few weeks take us ✨
