Thank you to my clients who happily allowed me to reschedule their appointments on Friday so I could go and meet her 🫶🏽

My Mom would have been 70 today 🤍

So today, I’ll be celebrating her with all the people who loved her.

Tomorrow marks 6 years since we lost her, and I never quite know how I will feel or how easily I’ll be able to show up during these moments. I’m trying to give myself grace, process my emotions, and be kind to myself through it all.

If I’m a little quieter than usual, please continue to message as normal and I’ll get back to everyone as soon as I can.

I’m in a really busy season right now, the part of my degree I’ve honestly been dreading.

There’s been tears this week, a few meltdowns, and moments where I’ve questioned if the sacrifices are worth it… especially when I feel like I’m not showing up how I’d want to for family and friends.

But today reminded me why I’m doing all of this.

I’ve worked back to back in clinic today and yesterday 9:30-7pm, and I’ve left seeing my regular clients, a few new faces who really align with me… and my heart just feels full.

Driving home after hearing your kind words, your trust, your encouragement, it’s given me the push I needed going into the next 7 days of revision and exams.

So I just wanted to say thank you.

Thank you for trusting me, for supporting me, and for pushing me to be better and do better.

I don’t say it enough, but I don’t take it for granted 🤍
