Cancellation & Deposit Policy 2026

Cancellation Notice
We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, or failure to attend an appointment without notice, may result in the loss of your deposit or a charge of up to 100% of the service cost, at the discretion of management.

Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required for all color services. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service at the time of your appointment.
We regret to have to put this policy in place but we have no shows where other clients could have these appointments.
