**FOR NAIL APPOINTMENTS- Cancellation Policy**

We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least **48 hours’ notice**.

A £20 deposit in cash is required to secure all bookings. Deposits are **non-refundable** and will be applied to the cost of your appointment. Late cancellations (within 48 hours) or missed appointments will result in the loss of your deposit.

If an appointment is missed **twice without notice**, all future bookings will unfortunately be cancelled and rebooking may not be available.
