Love Sheils 🙌❤️ Reiki - Japanese for 'Universal Energy', is used to re-balance the Chakra energy system and clear blockages that can hinder our natural flow of well being. Deep tissue massage - Warming the muscles using the forearms for a deeper massage thus targeting the tighter areas, and applying Gua Sha to release stagnant blood, toxins, thus encouraging fresh Qi and blood back into the muscles. Reflexology/Thai Foot - a pressure point technique applied to the feet, where all internal organs and body structures are mirrored in miniature. Indian Head Massage - Balances the body, relieves pressure and soothes away tension, so we can breath, stand and move more freely. PM me for more information or to book an appointment. Thank you for visiting my page :-) x

✨ My most popular treatment has a new name…
For a long time, the Stress Buster has had the most bookings and clients came back for more, don't get me wrong, it is still up there..
But something beautiful has been shifting, and my clients are loving it.
My Deep Tissue Massage with Gua Sha has quietly become my most booked treatment over the past 2 months, and it's easy to see why. 🤍
This luxurious 90-minute session combines targeted deep muscle release with the ancient healing art of Gua Sha, leaving you feeling restored from the inside out.
The benefits:-
🌿 Releases chronic tension & knots
🌿 Reduces inflammation & improves circulation
🌿 Supports your body's natural detox process
🌿 Eases back, neck & shoulder pain
🌿 Leaves skin glowing & energy flowing
And if you've been nervous because you think deep tissue means pain ~ it doesn't! 💛
Pressure is always tailored to you, and most clients feel immediate relief.
Ready to experience it for yourself?
Book your 90 minutes session at www.whitelighttherapies.co.uk 🙏
Peace, Love and Namaste
