My 12 year old son, and some of his football teammates are walking Snowdon to raise money for equipment they need for the coming season.

I will be attempting it too! Those of you that don't know, I have Fibromyalgia. Since these heatwaves, I've struggled to even walk an hour with the dog 🫣 BUT I'm going to give it my best shot!!

❤️ Remembering Khaleel ❤️

My beautiful friend Kelly sadly lost her special boy, Khaleel, 9 years ago. For those that knew Khaleel, know what an amazing boy he was - always smiling, even when he was poorly, and such a kind, caring, gentle soul. He really is missed. 💔

Every year, the wonderful Gemma Elsmore (our salon neighbour!) holds a charity event in memory of Khaleel. This event raises money for 'Race against Blood Cancer' and to sign people onto the stem cell register. The more people on this register, the more people like Khaleel have a chance of beating this horrible disease!

We would love to see you there, and/or if you have any (new/unused) raffle donations, they would be greatly received - please drop them into the salon. 🫶🏼

My partner & both sons will be joining in with the charity matches - come cheer them on & then join us for a drink afterwards! ⚽️

Just an update for you all

On Sunday I slipped on the pool side taking the kids swimming with the Mr 🤦‍♀️ & after an xray Monday afternoon I’ve been referred to the fracture clinic today & I have a break so I will be at work but I will have a cast on 🤦‍♀️

The dr has assured me I can carry on with work as I’m right handed and the cast will be below my knuckles so aslong as I’m careful that’s what I’m planning to do 🙏🏻

So please bare with me if I’m running behind or taking a bit longer to do your hair ✂️

As you have probably all seen. This week is going to be a SCORCHER!

We are quite lucky that the salon is cool for the first part of the day, but it does get progressively warmer as the day goes on - particularly in the treatment room!

We have the blinds closed, the fans on, ice in the freezer and we are ready to go!

If we feel it is unsafe for your appointment to go ahead, we will let you know.
