Salon Policy/Terms and conditions
1) Booking
Bookings being taken on Messenger, SMS, WhatsApp or personally in my working hours. If I do not answer for your text straight away don’t be worry, I will do as soon as I am free to do so. Verruca, fungal infection, or suspicion of any similar problem is not accepted, please ask your doctor for treatment before you book your appointment with me.
2) Ap
pointment cancellation/rearrangement
It could happen to anybody that can not attend an appointment, nothing wrong with that BUT please let me know at least 24 hours before, so I have got the chance to give your appointment to somebody else. In this case to cancel/rearrange your appointment it’s free. If you fail to give me 24h notice, you will be charged 25% of the missed service's price. If you don’t let me know at all that you can't attend your appt, you are going to have to pay the full price of your missed service. If you do cancel/rearrange your appointment 3 time in a row, you are not going to be able to book in with me anymore. If I cancel your appointment less then 24 hours before, I’ll give you 25%OFF on your next appointment.
3) Preparing for you visit
Please come with clean hands (and feet if it is a foot treatment)! If you have got a cold, you have virus or bacterial illness, like flue or tummy bug then please text me and rearrange your appointment (cancellation rules still apply)!
4) Late
If you going to be late please let me know! If you late 15 mins, I might not going to have time for the required nail design and I'll need to do block colour nails without nail art. If you late 20 mins or more I can refuse to give you service and charge you with 50% of the missed service's price.
5) Kids and Pets
Although I love children and pets please do not bring them with you! If you do, then make sure they are occupied and not going to distract us.
6) At the desk
If you expect important call please prepare your phone to the tableside, to make it easy to reach out for it without damaging the unfinished nails. Because of the nature of the gel it is not recommended during of the treatment to touch your skin, hair, cloths or your bag... for similar reasons you won’t be able to go to the washroom or have a fag break.
7) Warranty
Warranty repairs available with builder gel nails within 2 weeks, with gel polish within 1 week. Not recommended to straining it, washing up without glows, having 2 hours of hot bath daily, to scratch glue out of surfaces, open up cans or typing 12 hours on touch screen. If you go against my suggestion with the length, shape, material/technic I use and they get damaged, I cannot fix them under warranty. Out of warranty fixing available as well. For nail repair you will still need to book an appointment. Gel polish nails recommended to get redone after 2-3 weeks, builder gel is designed for infills every 3-4 weeks, it can last 5 weeks too but aesthetics and healthy view good to stick with the recommended time. Self-removing can damage the nails!!
8) Payment
