INPORTANT NOTICE
Dear ladies and gents,
Can i respectfully ask that if you cant make an appointment that you give me at least 48hrs notice. If you dont show or cancel last minute i do not just lose money, but potential new clients as well, that I may have turned away.
I am a small business and have worked hard over the last 9 years to provide the best service i can and appeciate everyones continued custom and support. As there have been several no shows and last minute cancellations over the last couple of weeks, i am now regretfully putting in place a 50% non refundable booking fee when you make your appointment and this will be deducted from your final bill. I understand that some cancellations are unavoidable but please if your appointment is in the afternoon dont leave it until the last minute to call or worse still not show up at all. I answer the phone from 8am monday to friday and will answer messages as soon as i can. It saddens me that i have had to post something like this on facebook, i still have to earn a living, and pay a mortgage.
This policy will be in force from today Tuesday 15th November 2022
