Hi All, little update for you all; due to continued complications with my health I have taken the heavy decision to no longer be offering brow treatments for the time being.

Big thank you to all my clients and those of you who have been with me since the start.

I've loved every minute of creating beautiful brows for you all and look forward to getting back to it sometime in the new year but for now focusing on my health is number one priority!

Quick reminder to all clients that 24hours notice is required for any appointment cancellations or to re-schedule an appointment.

Appointments cancelled, changed with less than 24hrs notice or missed appointments will be charged at 50% of the treatment price.
•
I totally understand that with current cost of living increasing we're all looking to save where we can and beauty treatments are probably a last priority but please let me know with as much notice as possible so I can try to refill appointments.

+ why are they better than traditional tint?

Henna brows are a natural alternative to traditional eyebrow coloring.
•
Traditional eyebrow tints are primarily made of chemicals while most henna brow products are made of natural plant-based ingredients. You are getting a product that is made with upto 75% plant-based ingredients, contains no lead or ammonia, is vegan-friendly, and requires no chemicals or oxidants to activate, only warm water. This means it’s safer for clients AND for brow professionals.

Plus, unlike traditional chemical-based tints that dry out or damage eyebrows, henna brows coats the hair locking in moisture keeping hair healthy and hydrated which often encourages hair growth.

One of the other key benefits of henna brows compared to a traditional eyebrow tint is henna brows not only dye the eyebrow but the henna also stains the skin beneath the brows for up to a week with the tint lasting on the eyebrows for 6-8 weeks.

If you've booked for a brow wax, or any wax for that matter, some key do's + don'ts for before your appointment to ensure you get the best out of your treatment!
•
DO let your hairs grow. You may feel like chewbacca or be tempted to tweeze yourself at home but if you're booked in for a wax let those hairs grow to ensure a clean and effective result!
•
DO tell your tech if you’re taking topical facial and/or skincare medications like Retin-A, Accutane, etc.; using semi- or potent exfoliants like salicylic, alpha hydroxy or glycolic acids; or have any skin conditions. You may not think it matters but it does. Why? they can make skin overly sensitive or cause it to graze. Try to avoid using these for 7 days prior to your appointment to lessen sensitivity.
•
DO come to your appointment bare faced. Avoid wearing make-up to your appointment, although your tech will cleanse the area product residue on the skin surrounding could clog freshly opened pores.
•
DON'T use self tanning products before your appointment. Waxing is likely to strip these products from the skin leaving you looking a little bit odd to say the least. Remember too if you are having a tinting treatment with your wax that tanning products can react in a less than desirable way to tinting products!
•
DON'T book a wax if you’ve recently had Botox, injectables, dermabrasion or other cosmetic/facial treatments performed on and/or around the unwanted hair area. Discuss with your tech when you should come in if you’ve partaken in one of these. skincare treatments.
