IMPORTANT CLIENT NOTICE 🤍

After returning from holiday to 3 cancellations during my first week back, I’ve unfortunately been left with no choice but to introduce a non-refundable deposit for all colour and hair extension appointments.

As a self-employed hairdresser, I don’t receive holiday pay, and when appointments are cancelled at short notice, those hours and earnings simply cannot be recovered.

After 15+ years in hairdressing, this is genuinely not something I ever wanted to do. I’ve always tried to be as flexible and understanding as possible with my clients, but unfortunately I’m now left with no choice.

Going forward, a non-refundable deposit of £30 will be required to secure all colour and extension appointments. Your appointment will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received.

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, as long as this is done prior to the 48-hour cancellation cut-off, your deposit can be transferred to a future appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited.

I really hope you can understand that this isn’t about making things difficult — it’s simply about protecting my time and my small business. 🤍
