Can I please just remind people that we do have a 24 hour cancellation policy in place. We are having a few people cancel just before their appointment at the moment. We do have a home life and have to get childcare etc to come into work. We can’t fill slots if cancelled at the last minute. Sorry to moan but it’s really unfair. We understand things do crop up in life out of our control which is obviously fine we aren’t unreasonable. Please if you book an appointment please try to keep it.
