Day 2 of 6 complete! And this time, I remembered to take a photo… with a little prompting!

Today we welcomed an incredible group of healthcare professionals to our ‘Understanding & Assessing Primitive Reflexes’ workshop, including GPs, Osteopaths, Speech, Language & Myofunctional Therapists, Optometrists, Occupational Therapists and Myofascial Therapists.

What made today particularly special was the breadth of knowledge and experience in the room. Collectively, this group brought decades of experience supporting children and their families across a wide range of disciplines. Each professional contributed unique insights, perspectives and expertise, creating thoughtful discussions and opportunities for us all to learn from one another.

There was a real spirit of collaboration throughout the day, alongside plenty of practical learning, lots of laughter and perhaps a few revelations of their own primitive reflexes!

It is incredibly encouraging to see so many professionals investing their time to deepen their understanding of neurodevelopment and the role retained primitive reflexes can play in child development. When professionals come together with a shared goal of better supporting children, amazing things happen—and today was a wonderful example of that.
