We are closed from 1pm on 24 December and return to normal hours at 8am Friday 2nd January. Some practitioners will be in for a short time on Monday 29/Tuesday 30 December from 8am to 12 noon.
Well done Juliet! She completed the UK's Biggest 24-hour Relay at Wasing Park in Reading. She survived the whole 24 hours of this endurance event over the 6th and 7th June and she is in her Clinic today!

Superstar Alex! 89th out of 2,830 starters. He started at 1.30pm on Friday and apart from a 10 minute break has run and climbed continually until 8.50am Sunday.

Good luck Alex!!! He is currently running the Ultra Trail in Snowdonia. 100 miles, plus 10,000 metres of elevation. He started at 1pm today and has 48 hours to complete it. If you want to follow his progress go to Livetrail, he is number 160.

How do you do it Alex?
Alex completed the Centurion ultramarathon on 8-9th June 2024 in 23 hrs and 34 mins.
He ran the 100 mile trail run from Wi******er to Eastbourne on the South Downs Way with a total climb of 12,000ft.
Well done!
He was back working on Monday!

Do you know what Arc of Attrition is? No I didn't either!
The Arc of Attrition is a point-to-point extreme coastal race from Coverack to Porthtowan. Runners will complete an Arc around the entire south west foot of Cornwall. It is considered to be one of the most difficult events with up to half of the competitors not completing it.
Tomorrow ALEX SARABIA-LOCK will be taking part in this event and plans to run 100 miles!
