I was a hair model growing up; my neighbour (who remains a very good friend to this very day!), was a young and trendy hairdresser, she moved in next door when I was just 13 years old and the rest as they say is history. I have probably had every cut and colour you can imagine and this sparked a life long interest in hair for me. I went on to train at Harington's, a prestigious salon based outside of London. The emphasis was on perfecting their 11 in-house cuts, 'the classics', whilst also going to college to achieve NVQ L3 before finally completing a rigorous 6 weeks of 'Vardering' up at the London salon with the top Art Director. I will forever be grateful for the amazing foundation I have been given and worked so hard to achieve. After qualifying in 2006, I went on to specialise in cutting hair. Alongside building my day to day clientele, I joined the Junior Art Team and progressed on to the Art Team, I travelled to Belgium and Paris and attended various London fashion weeks - all such amazing experiences. I was promoted to Education Manager for the salon and I loved to see the fresh waves of talent coming up the creative ladder. Finally I moved to the London salon where I worked for 5 years in Oxford Circus, living the London Dream. And now, here I am back full circle to cut and style your hair, in the comfort of your own home and I can't wait to get to know you, so get yourself booked in and we can find your perfect style whether it's long hair, short hair, a bob, choppy layers, one length precision, the classic short back and sides for the gents, or a fashion cut for those of you who are a little more adventurous.. **COVID Precautions -
- I am more than happy to lateral flow test before any appointments, I am vaccinated with my 2nd vaccination coming up at the end of July.
- I will use a fresh gown for every client, disinfect and wipe down equipment between clients, wear a mask and a visor and hand sanitise.
- I would request that if you are feeling at all unwell or have been around someone with symptoms that you advise me as soon as possible so we can rearrange your appointment.
- If you are particularly nervous, please contact me with your concerns and we can discuss a plan of action to put your mind at rest.

I went to an office today to do a couple of lunchtime hair cuts, working smart as they say!
Lefthand picture was a clipper cut .5 faded up to a 2 then scissor cut on top.
Right-hand picture was clipper cut 1 blended up to a 5 for a bit more length through the top, scissor blended and cut on top to finish.
Why not invite me to your office and work smart in your lunch break..

No before picture here but I did a good old trim up and I used the to style it. What do you think? I'm a
gal myself but it's good to try the competition. I thought it was small, light and did the job well so no complaints from me.
I talked recently about finding the right combination of products and stylers for you to make your hair work for you and this lovely client insists that after years of testing techniques and products these two items, the and have changed her hair for good, her hair is naturally curly but she like to wear it in a smooth wave and manages her hair beautifully well day to day even as a busy working Mum 👏👏

A cheeky little on a new client this morning. She called requesting assistance for her thin hair as she was feeling, like her hair, a bit flat. I should have taken a before picture really, the difference was staggering. I really love meeting these lovely clients and hitting it off with them, sometimes I feel I could stay there chatting all day, like I've known them for years, it makes my job very rewarding 💕
I used which gives hold without stickiness, it has a directional nozzle so I only used it around the crown to maximise hold in that area with a round brush and then I dried the hair with a comb downwards into the nape of her neck for softness without volume for a more modern look.
Booked in again for another blow dry in 2 weeks time armed with a plan to re-shape it into a once it grows a bit more.

This lovely little lady is my niece, the only girl out of 6 so thankfully she has long curly hair I can play with! I was asked to do double braids to keep her hair tidy for school for the rest of the week et voilà! She sat so still and her little face when she looked in the mirror 💗
