Berkshire Massage

Traditional Thai massage in our massage room or your home. £45 per hour. Thai massage is an ancient healing system with constant contact between the practitioner and client, but rather than just rubbing the skin, the body is compressed, pulled, stretched and rocked in order to clear energy blockages and relieve tension. Using thumbs, palms, forearms, elbows, knees and feet, joints are opened, muscles and tendons are stretched, internal organs are toned and energy is re-balanced. The overall effect is one of deep relaxation, rejuvenation giving physical and mental wellbeing. Oil massage is extremely relaxing focusing on meridians and pressure points, stimulating the flow of vital energy, relaxing body and mind, also reducing fatigue and clearing toxins from the skin and muscles. Thai foot massage involves stretching and massage to open energy lines, stimulating the reflex points on the feet which correspond to the internal organs, promoting general health and wellbeing. Thai head shoulder and neck massage is a great way to relax and relieve stress and tension.
