As we move deeper into autumn, this evening will be all about slowing down, grounding your energy, protecting your peace and coming back to yourself. 🍂

We’ll spend the evening exploring crystals for grounding & protection, creating a beautiful autumn ritual, working with herbs and intention, and finishing with guided meditation & sound healing. ✨

Expect candles, crystals, ritual, journalling, fizz, nibbles and lots of gorgeous Sacred Self energy. 🤎

This month is about slowing down, reconnecting and taking care of yourself before you reach empty.
