🌿Going to make myself some of this🌿

🌱A great way to to help boost & support your immune system. This simple, easy recipe can be used as a daily supplement or can be taken as a preventative during cold/flu season🌱

🍃2 cups - dried elderberries🍃
🍃4 cups - cold water🍃
🍃2-3 - dried ginger root🍃
🍃1 - cinnamon stick🍃
🍃1 cup - honey🍃
🍃1 cup - vodka or brandy (optional)🍃

🌿Combine the berries & herbs with water in a pot to boil🌿
🌿Reduce the heat & allow to simmer (till half of water left)🌿
🌿Remove from the heat and let sit for one hour (or until warm enough to be able to touch)🌿
🌿strain the berries & then add the honey - stir well🌿
🌿Add the vodka or brandy to preserve longer🌿

☀️My hair is naturally lightly wavy when air dried. I absolutely love my waves but would love to try and enhance them, especially from root with a bit of volume, without using harsh chemicals. So ... I have made a couple of natural hair sprays, that won’t damage my hair and still keep it nourished☀️
