I just wanted to share this gorgeous sound of rain 😍
A lovely morning spent teaching the 8 week MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) course. We are on week 6 and discussed the mindful practice of ‘letting go’ 🌸
I start a one to one course next week. If you are interested in a group session or individual; to learn how to recognise and manage your own stress levels, do get in touch. I have been teaching this course along with Mindful Moments sessions and workshops since 2015 as a fully qualified mindfulness and meditation instructor.
🪷 In addition, I am also trained in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming and L2 Counselling Skills at B&FC. My teaching journey began in 2009 with a City & Guilds PTTLS certificate from B&FC
