Lauren is a highly motivated and approachable Property Consultant who lives locally and brings a strong understanding of the area, its property market, and the needs of local buyers and sellers. Her local knowledge, combined with her friendly and professional approach, allows her to build genuine relationships and deliver a consistently high level of customer service.

Lauren has extensive experience working for a well-known national estate agency brand, where she developed a thorough understanding of the residential sales process. In her role as a Sales Negotiator, she was responsible for arranging and managing viewings, negotiating offers, maintaining close communication with applicants, and supporting clients throughout their property journey. She also worked closely with in-branch mortgage advisors and valuers to ensure a smooth and efficient experience from start to finish.

Prior to estate agency, Lauren spent over six years as a Housing Officer, gaining valuable experience in property inspections, maintenance coordination, and customer support. This role strengthened her attention to detail and reinforced the importance of professionalism, compliance, and care within residential property.

Living locally and passionate about property, Lauren combines strong market knowledge with a personal, hands-on approach. She is committed to helping clients feel informed, supported, and confident at every stage of their move, making her a trusted and valued member of the team.

I run DarrLinz Beauty Studio right from my home in Thornton Village, bringing professional beauty treatments straight to a cosy, relaxed space near you.

Before setting up shop here, I owned the thriving All-In-One Beauty Studio over in Blackpool’s South Shore – I built something pretty special there! Now that I’ve made the move 'up north', I’m excited to grow my little business all over again, and I’d absolutely love to welcome you as a new client (or even just pop in for a cuppa!) 🥰
