This job isn’t just cutting hair. It’s the chats, the laughs, the trust, and the loyalty you lot show week in, week out. I don’t take that for granted at all.

The truth is, we can’t.
Because rent doesn’t stop. Bills don’t stop. Staff rely on us. Families rely on us.

So when people cancel last minute or just don’t show up, it’s not “no big deal”.
It’s disrespectful.

That appointment you didn’t turn up for?
That was time taken away from our kids.
Time we chose to give you.

We bend over backwards every December. We squeeze people in, work longer, miss moments we’ll never get back — all so everyone’s fresh for Christmas.

The last thing barbers need after that is cancellations and no-shows.

If you book an appointment, turn up.
If you can’t make it, cancel with notice so someone else can have it.

This isn’t just about haircuts.
It’s about respect for people who sacrifice their family time to serve you.
