Just some extra life hacks for you to help. 👍

Get a hot water bottle, fill with water put in freezer, use at night to help keep cool, wrap in a tea towel.

Animal cooling pads are not just for animals. Use under sheets of adults/kids beds to cool bed down.

Soak a towel or tea towel, place over head, around shoulders.

Run cold water over the inside of your wrists.

Place water bottles in freezer if going on long journeys to take with you, will keep colder for longer.
