Panache offers safe, gentle, easy to use, effective Power ASSISTED Exercise! Our Shapemaster equipm All our machines are so easy to operate.!
At Panache we have 12 Easy Tone Power ASSISTED Vitality Chairs and Vibration Plates. The equipment have motors which help you move, you just follow the movement of the chair putting as much or as little effort into the exercise. You will be shown how to use them during your free trial. A friendly and helpful member of staff is always there and willing to help you if assistance is needed. At Panach

The sun is coming out and we have a spring in our step as we are starting to get ready for the show !

Panache couldn’t re open due to the covid 19 virus however the martial arts team needed a venue and floor space. Looking good boys.
The girls are there offering their super special treatments still. Cosmetics aesthetics, beauty and reflexology.

Busy, busy getting ready to re-open!!! Looking forward to opening the doors, switching on these amazing machines and seeing them being worked once again!!! 😊 x. We are getting closer to strengthening those muscles and losing stubborn inches!!! TIL then.....Keeeeeep Moving Panachers!!!
