Corns and Calluses

✅️wear thick, cushioned socks
✅️wear wide, comfortable shoes with a low
heel and soft sole that do not rub
✅️use soft insoles or heel pads in your shoes
✅️soak corns and calluses in warm water to soften them
✅️regularly use a pumice stone or foot file to ️remove hard skin
✅️moisturise to help keep skin soft

You can ask a pharmacist about:

✔️heel pads and insoles
✔️products to treat corns and calluses
✔️different types of pain relief

But please Note ❗️
You need to see a GP if your corns or calluses are infected ,the doctor may prescribe you antibiotics, or refer you to a foot specialist ,such as a podiatrist.

Unfortunately I am not a podiatrist.
I can help you to prevent the problem.

I love to make people feel better with their own feet,to enjoy processing of my work, for me it's a big satisfaction when my clients tell me:
"that's perfect for me" or
"this massage makes me very relax " or
when they simply lied down and enjoy...

But what I want to say my work it's just a little part of the most of the job to ensure that your feet will be good between our appointment it's your contribution.
The minimum what I ask my clients to do it's Moisturising every day and with possibilities weare comfortable shoes and cotton socks to avoid most of the problems .
