✨ROLE REVERSAL: ACTIVATED ✨
I had the absolute JOY of experiencing Thai table massage on our holiday. It feels AMAZING to be on the receiving end 😌
This is a good reminder that even us therapists need a TLC, even the givers need to receive ♎

I feel so grateful for being able to be part of this amazing, transformational training in MER (Myofascial Energetic Release), and what beautiful surroundings it was held in, thank you and thank you to the amazing teacher and the dream team ❤️ 🙏
MER is much more than just a physical experience of a hands on treatment. It is a holistic exploring of "stored" emotions and "shadows" within our body. By working on the fascia, we can unblock these emotions and give the body space for processing and releasing it ✨️
If you feel drawn to this treatment or you would like to know more, please do get in touch for a chat 😊
