Got a photo of a client but the background is too distracting and messy??

Take a few photos in your salon of an area or wall that has good lighting and is clean and tidy.

Remove the background of the photo you want to use and then overlay it on top of the photos you have taken that are clean and tidy.

IMPORTANT: make sure you just the size of your client picture so that they are in proportion to the new background. You don’t want a little client in a giant background 😂😂

How many times have you taken 5000 photos of a client you’ve just created the best hair colour on but when you go to find one to post, you hate every single one???

This happens to me all the time!!

But, not all is lost….
Just by cropping, darkening backgrounds and zooming in, you can get that s**t picture to look great!

Now, we aren’t editing the hair here ❌ don’t be adding filters or adjusting the tone on the hair, this is not what you want to be doing, this will bite you in the butt if a client brings you in your own work as an inspo pic and you know that you didn’t actually create that colour! so how will you re create it on someone else?? Also not to mention, the client whose picture you edited is going to know that what you posted isn’t a true likeness of their hair.

Instead, follow my tips in this reel and see if you can salvage any of the photos in your camera reel.
There are loads of photo editing apps out there but I love using for all of my social media content.
