Long day. Tired face. Dressing gown on. And absolutely ZERO desire to do anything else tonight 😂🙈

This is me at the end of a very long day… no filter, no makeup, no fancy lighting — just me, my slightly questionable bathroom tiles 😂 and a face that is VERY ready for bed!

But my skincare is done ✔️
My day face is off ✔️
My skin feels clean, nourished and happy ✔️

Some evenings I’ll happily spend time on all the serums, lotions and potions… and other evenings it’s simply cleanse, hydrate, moisturise, oil, BED 😂

Skincare doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes just doing the basics is enough.

And now, if anyone needs me… they don’t. 😂😴❤️

Together we made care packages for patients having chemotherapy at The Royal Marsden in Sutton — and they were so gratefully received.

So I’m doing it again. ❤️

This time of year is full of things to look forward to… autumn, cosy evenings, celebrations and Christmas getting closer. 🎄

But for someone going through cancer treatment, life can look very different.

The Royal Marsden will always have a special place in my heart because I was treated there myself many years ago. I know how tough those treatment days can be, so if we can make someone’s day feel even a tiny bit nicer, I want to try.
