All invoices are sent via Paypal and names and addresses are used for postage purposes only. We do not send any marketing emails or messages and do not share any personal information. Any photos we post on our page or group are with prior permission from the owner. As most items are made to order, we do not accept returns of pads or pants unless they are faulty. We are happy to refund your order as long as your pads have not been cut out but a small fee may be payable to cover Paypal charges not recoverable.

Changing your pads when you’re at work or school needn’t be a worry.
Our wet bags have two waterproof pockets to hold dry and soiled pads and can be popped in the wash or rinsed.

NOTE TO PANTS CUSTOMERS
Iszy is working as fast as possible to make your orders and as previously stated at the time of ordering, the turnaround time was up to 8 weeks from the date the fabric arrived with us at the end of June. This puts the deadline for the end of August. For any orders not fully made before the end of August, we will contact you to keep you updated.
Being based in Kent we have been experiencing temperatures of over 30 degrees for weeks now and the temperature in our The Comfy Shack has been even higher making it impossible to work in there 🥵
PS: Iszy has recently discovered she is expecting a baby so has been feeling poorly and the heat hasn’t helped! 🤢
