Oh wow it’s getting hot again isn’t it! I’ve said it before but I will say it again, the damage the sun/heat does to your hair is not good!!

So let’s sit with that for a minute, I’m 42 so technically my scalp age if I left it to its own devices, would be 48 right now!

I massively chop and change my routine in this weather, mainly because of my hair needing to be washed more often. Tonight I used the Monat Advanced Hydration Shampoo and Conditioner.

Well I don’t actually know where to start! What a weekend it’s been!

Matfield village fete Saturday was hot hot hot on top of that we met some fabulous people and introduced them to the world of Monat.

Sunday was the same, this time Paddock Wood fete, another scorching one and again the Wood was introduced to Monat!

Then this evening, even though I’m absolutely shattered and in more pain than I wish to be, we have had a lovely evening with some equally lovely ladies at the Chequers in Laddingford.

I just want to say a massive thank you to each and everyone who has taken the time over the last 3 days to listen to me rambling on about how fabulous these products are.

I never dreamed that this would be part of my life the way it is now and I will forever be grateful and thankful to the wonderful Sarah Carr.
