Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, is an essential vitamin that you can find in lots of fresh fruits (especially the citrus variety) and veggies.

Our bodies can’t make or store it, so we need to make sure we are getting enough in our diets or by taking supplements.

Nasolabial folds can age a person’s face but with the use of dermal fillers they can be made to look softer and be less apparent.

I love this treatment. You can have it without looking over treated. It’s youthful and makes you look and feel great!

My post yesterday was reaching out to people who may feel nervous about treatments either due to the fear of the ‘pain’ or of needles.

This is from my lovely client who was in that position. It took her a long time to build the confidence to get lip fillers but she did it!

She felt very faint just a couple of injections in but that’s really not a problem. I’m trained to deal with this so you are in very safe hands.
