Looking for some extra motivation in the pool this Autumn? Our team battle from London to Cairo begins tomorrow, if you haven't joined yet now is your last chance to bag a slot!

This will be a joint effort to see which team can cover the distance in the fastest time, with an average of 50km per swimmer this will be a marathon rather than a sprint.

Fantastic to see so many customers taking part in yesterday’s SWIMTAG 1KM Challenge!

Well done to everyone who completed the challenge – and a special mention to one swimmer who smashed the 1km in just 25 minutes!

It’s also great to see customers signed up for the SWIMTAG North vs South Challenge, which gets underway on Sunday 20 September.

The challenge will see 500 motivated swimmers – 250 per team – aim to cover 40km each over 60 days. Teams will be balanced and the end date adjusted based on the final number of participants to keep the challenge fair.

SWIMTAG is a free motivational tool available to activeFIT and activeSWIM members, helping you track your swims and stay motivated every time you get in the pool.

What a day! Our Big Cycle Challenge has come to an end, with all three teams putting in an incredible effort.

🏆 Angel Centre – 379 km
🚴 Tonbridge Pool – 297.98 km (5.30pm finish)
🚴 Larkfield Leisure Centre – 274.17 km

A huge well done to everyone who jumped on a bike and helped clock up the kilometres! 💪

The miles are clocking up and the challenge is still going strong! Who’s got enough in the tank to make a late surge? 🚴‍♂️💨

BIG CYCLE CHALLENGE 12 NOON UPDATE

At 12 noon, the teams are placed as follows:

🥇 TSP – 176.18 km

🥈 AC – 109.6 km
🥉 LLC – 83.76 km

TSP are still way out in front, but there’s plenty of time for a comeback! 👀

Our first cyclists are on the bikes as teams from Larkfield Leisure Centre, Angel Centre and Tonbridge Swimming Pool go head-to-head to see who can cycle the furthest!
