Our lamination system that we use from Thuya Professional | Beauty brand creates gorgeous, highly defined, natural-looking eyebrows that aid therapists in crafting beautiful, well-presented eyebrows. This lamination system typically lasts between 4-6 weeks, we recommend the use of oil daily for aftercare to support the eyebrows, without oil the results may not last as long.

Our tint stain that we use from Brow Code stays on the skin for up to ten days and on the brow hairs for up to six weeks.

🥵 If you’ve ever wondered why beauty professionals panic when the UK gets a heatwave… this is why -

Most salons in the UK weren’t designed for temperatures of 30°C+ & many don’t have air conditioning.
For nail techs, warm temperatures can completely change the consistency of gel, making it runnier, harder to control, more likely to flood the skin & generally much more difficult to work with.

But it’s not just nails that are affected…

✨ Lash lifts can process much faster in higher temperatures, meaning timings need to be monitored even more carefully.

✨ Waxing treatments can become trickier too, as wax can heat up more quickly, become softer than intended, and require constant adjustment to maintain the correct working temperature.

✨ Beauty products, adhesives, lotions and treatments all behave differently when they’re sitting in temperatures they’re not designed for.

Now add in UV/LED lamps, dust extractors, hot wax pots, treatment lighting, multiple clients & tomorrow our hairdressers will be in with hairdryers running all day… & the salon quickly turns into an actual oven. 🔥
While everyone else is enjoying the sunshine, we’re over here trying to stop ourselves, our products & our equipment from melting 😂
