One of the biggest misconceptions in foot care is that removing all of the callus gives the best result.

In reality, healthy feet need a natural protective layer.

Over-removing callus can trigger the skin to produce more in response. It's your body's way of protecting itself from pressure and friction.

That's why my aim isn't to create baby-soft feet. It's to restore healthy, comfortable skin by:

🤍 Removing dead, flaky, unstable skin.
🤍 Reducing thickened callus to a healthy level.
🤍 Smoothing the edges of fissures.
🤍 Restoring flexibility and comfort.
🤍 Helping moisturisers pe*****te more effectively.

As therapists, our job isn't to remove the most skin—it's to understand what should stay and what should go.

That's exactly what I teach on my e-Pedi training course.
