Salon Policy

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all clients, please take a moment to read my salon policies:

Appointments & Cancellations
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours, or missed without notice (no-shows), will require full payment before any future bookings can be made.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. This is to avoid impacting other clients booked throughout the day.

Arrival Time
As I run a home salon, I ask that you do not arrive early for your appointment. Please aim to arrive at your scheduled time only, as I may be preparing for your service or finishing with another client.
If the salon is open, please feel free to come in and wait inside until I am with you.

Respecting My Home
If I am not in the salon, I am likely in my home carrying out admin or personal time. I kindly ask that you do not knock on my home door, and instead wait until your appointment time. This helps me maintain a clear boundary between work and home life.

Although sometimes admin is done in the evenings, I typically reply to messages during the salon opening times which are -
Tuesday 8:30-2:00
Wednesday 8:30-7:00
Thursday 8:30- 2:00
Friday 8:30-2:00
