There’s something very satisfying about swapping the chaos for a day by the water, even if you spend half of it untangling line and pretending you meant to cast over there.

CANCELLATION FEES

We completely understand that life happens. People get ill, plans change and sometimes things pop up that you simply can't avoid.

But when an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, it leaves us with a space that we are very unlikely to be able to fill. That means a member of our team has lost out on that appointment, and ultimately, we can't absorb that cost every time something unexpected happens.

We absolutely don't charge cancellation fees to be difficult or because we don't understand that sometimes you're genuinely unwell. We just can't be financially penalised for things that are outside of anyone's control.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will therefore incur our cancellation fee.

We'd much rather have you cancel if you're genuinely unwell than come into the salon poorly, but please understand that the fee is there to protect our business and our team, not to punish anyone. 🤍

As a busy salon, we always try to keep our prices as fair and reasonable as possible. But with rising costs and changes across the industry, unfortunately some price increases are inevitable.

From 1st September 2026, some of our services will see a small price increase.

We’ve kept these increases as minimal as possible and only adjusted the services that need it.

Already booked? Don’t worry.
Any appointments booked before 1st September will be honoured at the current price, so your booking won’t be affected.
